The health of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we are happy to follow the guidelines of the RIVM and the Government.
\nFor this, we would like to draw your special attention to:<\/p>\n

Office occupancy<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Following advice from the RIVM, we are having our employees work from home as much as possible. They are naturally reachable by phone and email. Work will continue, possibly in an adapted form.<\/p>\n

Appointments at our offices if necessary and possible<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Our offices will temporarily remain open at normal opening hours with a minimal staff presence. If a visit to our office is necessary, we ask that you naturally adhere to the RIVM guidelines. If you have symptoms, such as a cold, fever, or a sudden loss of taste or smell, we expect you not to visit and to cancel your appointment in advance.<\/p>\n

Almost always, there are good alternatives to organising a face-to-face meeting at the office. Our starting point is to hold discussions\/meetings by telephone or via video conferencing, and only postpone them in extreme cases.<\/p>\n
