Project Description
Sabes Vastgoed B.V. is developing housing for migrant workers together with E&A Wonen at Horsterweg 57A in Grubbenvorst. The building offers space for over 180 people. There are two types of rooms:
- Studios: A room for 2 people with a private kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
- Self-contained units: consist of a bedroom with a partial shower, toilet, and kitchen.
In addition to the accommodation, there are also communal areas and laundry rooms, as well as various office spaces for the administrators, among others.
