MMZ Properties is carrying out the renovation of the office building at Lange Kleiweg 40 in Rijswijk. The building will be revitalised in broad strokes, comprising the general area on the ground floor and the 1e deepening (exterior, façade, entrance, void atrium, kitchen, etc.) and (possibly later) the white-boxing of the offices. VB&T Activities
vb&t Projectmanagement will be responsible for project management and technical support for this project during the design and execution phases. For vb&t the project includes, among other things, the following activities:
- Design sparring partner
- Assessment of feasibility, manufacturability and quality Final Design Phase
- Preparation of budget estimates for total investment costs
- Monitoring procedures during applications and obtaining necessary permits
- Align the substantive Design/Build agreement with legal counsel
- Requesting quotes
- Contracting with third parties
- Construction supervision during execution
- Aftercare
