Project Description
Sabes Vastgoed B.V. is developing housing for migrant workers at Dongenseweg 67 in Tilburg, together with E&A Wonen. The buildings consist of two L-shaped structures connected by a central entrance. The property offers space for 700 people. There are two types of rooms:
- Studios: A room for 2 people with a private kitchen and bathroom with toilet
- 4-person units: consists of 4 bedrooms with shared shower, toilet and kitchen
Besides the accommodation, there is also a communal sports facility and various office spaces for, among others, the caretakers.
