Project Description
The restyling and renovation of Woonboulevard Piet Klerkx has been successfully completed. This extensive project aimed to give the boulevard a modern and fresh look, in keeping with the contemporary retail experience. In total, the project covers 37,664 m² of retail space, warehouse and other business premises.
The works consisted of the restyling and renovation of the facades, the adaptation and extension of the main entrances, the renovation of the atrium roof and the redesign and extension of the car park. To ensure the project ran smoothly, necessary temporary facilities were put in place and there was close cooperation with the municipality of Waalwijk. Furthermore, a significant part of the renovation was made possible by the demolition of adjacent properties.
With this transformation, Woonboulevard Piet Klerkx has acquired a contemporary and inviting appearance, which benefits both visitors and businesses.
