Project Description

In 2014, TrainMore commissioned the creation of its new branch in Groningen. The monumental Main Post Office (PTT 1909), located at Munnekeholm 1, has been fully converted into a gym with a lobby, a bar, and rooms for a dietician and physiotherapist, while preserving the building's monumental character.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement handled the total cost and project management from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase. The project comprised the following activities:

• Prepare Programme of Requirements
• Project development with design team
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during construction

In addition, vb&t took care of the procurement and coordination for the fitted furniture and the furniture.
