Project Description
Viviani in Emmen is the initiator of the expansion, conversion, and renovation of the Christian primary school ‘t Twiespan in Emmen. The expansion consists of two new classrooms and a wing for staff and management. The entire renovation and reconfiguration are particularly significant. For example, the entire building will be fitted with cavity wall and roof insulation, new window frames and glazing, new roofs, a renewed electrical system, and controlled ventilation in all classrooms. Asbestos has also been remediated throughout the school. Ultimately, the building will be restored to a new condition.

VB&T Activities
Vb&t has carried out the total cost and project management for these projects from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase. The project included, among other things, the following activities:

- Cost management
- Selection, pricing and contract formation
- Management during construction
In addition, vb&t also managed the procurement and coordination for furniture, bespoke furniture, upholstery, business assets, and site development for this project.
