Project Description
On behalf of Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, the owner of the office complex “De Terp” in Houten, due to long-term vacancy in 2010 and 2012, large parts were renovated and partly converted into a business centre with 38 office units spread over 5 floors with a fully equipped canteen and furnished meeting rooms.
