Project Description
The project, located in the centre of De Mortel, comprises the construction of a new multi-purpose facility. The new build was tendered and realised using the Design Construct & Maintenance method. The project was tendered based on, among other things, a technical, spatial, and functional Programme of Requirements drawn up as well as possible (down to the detail). In addition, the score for this GPR building was set at a minimum of 8.0.
