Project Description

The project involves the transformation of hall 14 at Pathé Arena into an IMAX immersive hall. The transformation was carried out between February 2018 and April 2018. During this period, the cinema remained fully operational, with the exception of the hall being renovated.

vb&t Projectmanagement provided total cost and project management for this project, from the development phase right through to the aftercare phase. The project comprised the following work:

• Construction team plan elaboration UT
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Cost management
• Management during construction

The assignment concerned the complete fit-out, including the audio-visual technology, IMAX.
