On 29 August 2024, the final handover of the migrant housing at Dongenseweg 67 in Tilburg took place. The building provides accommodation for 700 international workers and consists of 130 studios for 2 people and 110 apartments for 4 people. The studios have their own bathroom and kitchen. The apartments have single rooms with shared facilities such as a bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. Furthermore, the building has office spaces for staff and facilities for residents such as a gym and various laundry rooms. The building will be managed by E&A Recruitment Agency are exploited. The building was designed by Marquart Architects Ltd/Nelissen Engineers Bureau with attention to the SNF Flexwonen certification, the use of sustainable materials, and an attractive industrial modern appearance. The building was realised by Peter's Building and Maintenance, Van Delft Group, BVo Advice Design & Installation and subcontractors.
