Project Description

The development and realisation of a new multi-purpose facility for the municipality of Cuijk, named MFC De Agaat. This facility houses several different functions, including a sports hall, catering/canteen, and various rooms for use by sports clubs, a day nursery, youth care, a brass band, etc. The new construction was tendered and realised using the Design Construct & Maintenance method, and the score for GPR Building was set at a minimum of 7.8. In addition to the new construction, the outdoor area, including the construction of sports fields, was also redeveloped.
