Project Description

The development is situated in the Schadewijk district in Oss. The project is divided into three parts: a community centre with social housing (primarily rental apartments for social housing), a separate residential complex with 28 apartments, and the reuse (renovation and refurbishment) of the former Maria Goretti school, a municipal monument. The ambition level set by the Municipality of Oss is a GPR score of 8.0.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement was commissioned by BrabantWonen to draw up the various Functional Programme of Requirements (PvE) and their associated cost estimates as part of the feasibility study for this project. In addition, we guided the planning team during the initiative phase, where the initial design studies were created. The project included, among other things, the following activities:
