Project Description
The national monument located at Glorieuxlaan 4 in Vught has been fully renovated while preserving its characteristic features. The country house, built in 1889, consists of 4 floors and was in poor condition. Through the renovation, the property has been restored to its former glory and converted into a high-quality office building. Various sustainability measures have been applied, including the installation of secondary glazing and stud walls. Maintenance work has been carried out on the facade, window frames and the roof.
The electrical and plumbing installation has been replaced and the offices have been fitted with heating and cooling.
The adjoining garden has been completely renovated and its style adapted to that of the property. Access to the property via the main staircase has been altered and the landing fully renovated.
