Project Description

Commissioned by Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund (ADHCPF), vb&t Projectmanagement, in support of the manager vb&t Vastgoedmanagement, is involved in various (maintenance) activities of a number of care complexes. These are care complexes that have recently entered ADHCPF's portfolio and are intended for residential use, as well as complexes housing various care disciplines, such as general practitioners and physiotherapy practices. The work includes carrying out regular and overdue maintenance work such as painting, preserving plastic/alumunium window frames, lift maintenance, etc. Any hidden defects that emerged after acquisition will also be addressed. As part of ADHCPF's sustainability ambition to reduce the CO2 emissions of its entire healthcare portfolio by 25% by 2025, various sustainability measures such as realising LED lighting, PV panels and improving the RC value of the outer shell are being taken at various locations.
