Project Description
Sabes Vastgoed B.V. is developing housing for migrant workers at Dr Hub van Doorneweg 101 in Tilburg. The building consists of a closed square with a central entrance. The building offers space for 450 people. There are two types of rooms:
- Studios: A room for 2 people with a private kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
- 4-person units: comprises 4 bedrooms with shared shower, toilet, and kitchen.
Besides the accommodation, there is also a communal sports facility and various office spaces for, among others, the caretakers.
