Project Description

The Haspelweg and Christinaplantsoen project in Deurne involves a tender for a total of 97 starter homes, life-proof homes and flats spread over two planning areas.

In the first phase of the tender, a total of 20 local development contractors were asked to submit concept dwellings and to substantiate this with references. The concept dwellings were assessed against Bergopwaarts' requirements, sustainability criteria, and realisation costs.

For the 2e phase, three contractors have been selected based on the assessment criteria. In the 2e At this stage, the concept homes will be refined according to the plan. The assessment will be based on the Plan of Approach, architecture, sustainability, and construction costs. vb&t Projectmanagement has guided the tender procedure and will advise Bergopwaarts regarding the award choice.
