Project Description

BrabantWonen and BrabantZorg decided in 2014 to jointly occupy a single head office for their staff services. After investigating various locations, they finally reached agreement on the property located at Gasstraat 20 in Oss. vb&t was involved since January 2014 and carried out various studies on behalf of BrabantWonen with the resultant thorough conversion and renovation of the new head office into an inviting building with an innovative office environment.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement was responsible for the overall cost and project management for this project, from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase. The project comprised the following activities:

• Due Diligence locations
• Drafting Building Regulations applications for spatial and functional aspects
• Developing the preliminary design into a design ready for execution
• Cost management
• Plan development with external consultants
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during realization

In addition, vb&t handled the procurement and coordination for the furniture, furniture carpentry and upholstery for this project.
