Project Description
The project (located at Gragtmansstraat 5 in Waalwijk) comprises the new construction of the head office for The Body Cover Group (formerly Elbrina Foundations and Center Court Fashion). The new building will replace the three previous locations of Elbrina and CCF (Geldermalsen, Kaatsheuvel, and Venlo). The building will house the central head office, the order-picking department, and the central warehouse.
