Project Description
HTCE has developed the plans for the renovation/transformation of the south facade on the ground floor of HTC-37 into a so-called 3EALITY HUB:
- 3EALITY HUB: in the front part of the south wing, an event space, flexi-desks, offices and meeting rooms will be created by means of box-in-box, and shared facilities. A planetarium forms the focal point of the 3EALITY HUB. The current suspended ceiling will be removed and the structural ceiling with installations will become visible. The floor covering will be removed and make way for a cast floor and flooring in organic shapes.
- Office space: In the rear section of the south wing, five office spaces for 4-6 people will be created, and the large office space will be divided. The existing toilet facilities will be upgraded and a communal pantry will be realised. The flooring will be replaced and the suspended ceiling in the corridor zone will be removed, leaving the structural ceiling with installations visible to extend the look and feel of the 3EALITY HUB. Based on a concept design prepared by The Dutch Wave, HTCE has selected the following contractors: SPIE for demolition and making the space ready for fitting-out, and for the implementation of the electrical and mechanical installations, and Duotone for the realisation of the design, including the finishing works. The installation consultant is RHDHV.
