Project Description
The project involved the housing of new geriatric rehabilitation care for the collaboration between Thebe and De MARQ in Breda, within the existing former main building of the Amphia Hospital. vb&t Projectmanagement, on behalf of De MARQ as delegated client, was responsible for contract management during the planning and realisation phases. De MARQ has taken approximately 2,968 m² of space in this Centre for Recovery and Rehabilitation. This includes single and double bedrooms and offices. In addition, there is also a communal area, which De MARQ shares with Thebe. These spaces are the therapy and exercise rooms (approximately 420 m² GFA).
The adaptation of the existing building to the wishes of De MARQ and Thebe was complex, both technically-spatially and financially.
