Project Description

The project involves the high-quality renovation/extension of retail units into office space in the properties located at Kalverstraat 48-52 and Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 269 in the centre of Amsterdam. The two existing buildings are interconnected and completely redeveloped. The two properties seamlessly connect in terms of building mass and consist of different storeys, with a build mass of two storeys in between. The ground floor of the property, including the facade, has been redeveloped on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal side. The retail property on Kalverstraat has also undergone extensive renovation. The basement and the first two storeys have a retail designation. Above these, offices have been realised with access from the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. It is a major renovation with high-quality finished offices, and it is now a sustainable and future-proof building.
