Project Description
The Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) concerns “the factory of the future, for the high-tech manufacturing industry,” which has been developed by SDK on behalf of BIC VOF. The first phase of BIC involves a commercial building of approximately 56,000 m². KMWE is a tenant within the BIC with a floor area of approximately 18,000 m². The building is being realised as a shell (basic structure), with customer-specific elements that can be added during or after completion. KMWE is realising, among other things, a cleanroom, various production offices, and is having various installations fitted.
