Project Description

The project is located in Den Dungen (municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel). BrabantWonen's new plan assumes the demolition of ten existing homes and the demolition of the old De Donk care home. The development involves a new intramural care complex (28 units), a KulturHus and 40 flats. In the KulturHus, the municipality will house sports & exercise, music, library, visual arts and two multifunctional spaces.

• Got the complete plan redeveloped and licensed within 12 months.
• The cooperation agreement finalised between BrabantWonen, Vivent and the municipality.
• Coordination tender construction and site provided.
• Coordinated the demolition of the existing buildings.
• Performed overall cost and project management from the plan development phase to the implementation phase.
• Fulfilled a coordinating role between BrabantWonen, the municipality of St Michielsgestel and Vivent.
