Project Description

The project (located in the Brandevoort district of Helmond) comprises the new construction of a multifunctional centre (MFC) with an underground car park (225 parking spaces), a day nursery, primary school, socio-cultural centre, sports hall, ground-level homes and apartments, a playground, semi-public space and gardens for the ground-level homes.
