Project Description
The Lifestyle Village extension and restyling project in Hulst consists of:
Phase 1: The renovation and refurbishment of Depot Zeven Woonoutlet, including an extension with three new shops. The entire facade of the building has also been restyled by the creation of a new facade.
Phase 2: The renovation and expansion of Morres Wonen. Internal installation work was carried out, and the shop was also extended by approx. 1,200 m² at the new entrance. This resulted in a completely new entrance and the toilet facilities were renovated. Furthermore, the building has been fitted with a new facade with various canopies. The old shops have been cleared out and prepared for new occupancy.
Phase 3: Refurbishment of the furniture boulevard site, from roadway and car parks to planting and the boulevard with a visitor plaza.
