Project Description

The 'Zonnelied' project involves the construction of replacement new buildings with a total GFA of 2,890 m².² on the front grounds of the BrabantZorg location Het Zonnelied, located at Hogesteeg 2 in Ammerzoden, for 36 residential care units and communal areas. The plan will be realised within the zoning plan.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement will handle the overall cost and project management for this project, from the preliminary design phase through to the aftercare phase. For vb&t, the project includes, among other things, the following activities:

• Plan development with external consultants
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Construction supervision during execution
• Aftercare
