Project Description
Het betreft de revitalisatie tot een modern kantoorgebouw met een eigentijdse en functionele uitstraling. Het gebouw maakt onderdeel uit van het “Kennedy Business Center” dat is ontworpen door Rietveld Architects New York in 2002. De verdiepingen 5 t/m 9 zijn gerevitaliseerd incl. de gebouwgebonden installaties, het atrium en de entree. Hiermee is aangesloten op de reeds in 2008 gerevitaliseerde verdiepingen 1 t/m 4 incl. waterkoelmachine voor het hele gebouw naar een EPA-U label B.
