Project Description
The project comprises the completion of HTC6A on the High Tech Campus Eindhoven. The office space located on The Strip of the Campus was realised several years ago in full shell together with the realisation of HTC6. Upon finding a potential tenant, the space was fully completed in accordance with the design by Jeroen Verdonschot Architects in consultation with the tenant. The office space has a central core with toilets, storage space and a separate area for concentration workplaces. A floor above the central core has been realised as a scrum room. Furthermore, the office is equipped with various meeting rooms, a spacious and luxuriously equipped pantry, lunch table and work bar. For the new function, the office is fully equipped with the necessary electrical and mechanical installations.
