Project Description

The project consists of finishing the shell of the new Pathé cinema in Amersfoort. The new cinema was realised within the Eemplein Master Plan, in a multi-tenant building which also includes shops and homes underneath and next to the cinema. The project was commissioned by Pathé Theatres B.V. in close consultation with the contractor of the master plan, the municipality of Amersfoort and the various users of both the shops and the flats.

vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the total cost and project management for this project, from development through to the aftercare phase. The project included, among other things, the following activities:

• Planning development consultants
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during realisation in conjunction with realisation of total Eemplein

In addition, vb&t provided procurement and coordination for the interior and specific cinema installations for this project.
