VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement is responsible for the total cost and project management for hall 9 The Anything, from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase, as well as the project management surrounding the design process and realisation of the Pathé Ypenburg foyer design. The project includes the following activities for vb&t, among others:

• Prepare Programme of Requirements
• Plan development with external consultants
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Construction supervision during execution
• Aftercare
