Project Description

The project involves the fit-out of the shell of a new Pathé cinema located near the centre of Zwolle. The cinema comprises 9 film theatres and associated areas spread over 4 storeys. Several commercial spaces have also been realised on the ground floor. The project was commissioned by Pathé Theatres B.V. in close consultation with the various tenants of the commercial spaces.

vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the total cost and project management for this project, from the development phase right through to the aftercare phase. The project included, among other things, the following activities:

• Planning development consultants in BIM to DesignBrief
• Construction team BIM execution to UT
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during construction

In addition, vb&t took care of the procurement and coordination for the interior and specific cinema installations.
