The Plaza Residences project comprises the new construction of 75 apartments and a two-storey car park in Haarlem. This development has been acquired by Lanewood Investments, who have commissioned Ten Brinke for its realisation. Subsequently, they will retain ownership of these apartments and rent them out.

vb&t Projectmanagement advised Lanewood Investments throughout the acquisition process and handled the final construction agreement with Ten Brinke. Subsequently, vb&t Projectmanagement will be responsible for the overall site management and project management during the construction phase.
