Project Description
The Nieuwe Hoeven complex is owned by ZorgGoedBrabant and is located on the outskirts of Schaijk, at Udensedreef 5. In addition to Nieuwe Hoeven, Doktor Langendijklaan 4, Dijkstaete is situated here. People with Korsakov's syndrome live in Dijkstaete in a small-scale residential setting. This former nurses' complex consists of two floors and contains three residential units for eight Korsakov clients, an office, and a daycare residential unit for elderly people with dementia. In addition to an internal renovation, 150 m² of new construction has also been carried out, including a central entrance and a communal area.

vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the complete cost and project management for this project, from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase. The project included, among other things, the following activities:

- Selection, pricing and contract formation
- Management during construction
In addition, vb&t has taken care of the procurement and coordination of the site for this project.
