Project Description
Rudolf Steiner Educare Venlo is a free school run by Stichting Pallas. The building, constructed in the 1950s, possesses distinctive characteristics, both internally and externally. The educational facility is being brought up to current standards. The classrooms, toilets, group rooms, and consulting rooms will undergo complete renovation. Furthermore, the main hall will be made multifunctional, and additional group work rooms will be created around the entrance and library. With ventilation being more important than ever, all classrooms will meet Frisse Scholen (Healthy Schools) Class B standards, and sustainability will be enhanced through the re-insulation of the roof and facade.

- Selection, pricing and contract formation
- Construction supervision during execution.
