Project Description

In 2020, research revealed that the brickwork facade of the office building at Stationsplein in Amersfoort showed serious defects. Consequently, a repair plan was drawn up in collaboration with Kiwa BDA and Plan Bee, and repair work commenced in early January. The works were completed in May 2021.

In addition, APF wished to make the office building more sustainable. In collaboration with Cazdak, a review was conducted of the roof and possibilities. Cazdak provided the roof with new insulation and roofing, and solar panels were installed. This means the office building now meets Energy Label A.
