Project Description

As a result of the municipal reorganisation of the former municipalities of Haelen, Heythuysen, Hunsel and Roggel and Neer, the municipality of Leudal was established on 1 January 2007. In the context of this development, a reorientation has taken place regarding the housing of the municipal organisation to one new location for the administrative organisation in Heythuysen.

vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the total cost and process management for this project from the initiation phase through to the design phase. For vb&t, the project included the following activities, among others:

• Prepare Programme of Requirements
• Setting up the project organisation, including job descriptions and decision-making process
• Drawing up an overall plan
• Determining the investment budget
• Organising the European selection for the architect
