Project Description

In 2012, TrainMore commissioned the expansion of its number of branches. An interior design package has been developed for the TrainMore brand, which will be implemented in all clubs. In Utrecht, the monumental Piëtas building on Janskerkhof has been completely converted into a gym with changing rooms, a lobby, a bar, and a coffee corner.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the total cost and project management from the initiation phase through to the aftercare phase. The project included, among other things, the following activities:

• Prepare Programme of Requirements
• Project development with design team
• Cost management
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during construction

In addition, vb&t took care of the procurement and coordination for the fitted furniture and the furniture.
