Project Description

This office building, located in the centre of Eindhoven, underwent a major revitalisation in 2008/2009. As a result of the renovation, Univé has created a spacious, accessible, and modern office for its Southern region, equipped with all the facilities to receive customers in its service shop. Three full floors with office spaces, new sanitary facilities, a renovated facade and entrance with a new outdoor area.

VB&T Activities

vb&t Projectmanagement was responsible for the overall cost and project management for this project, from the Preliminary Design phase through to the aftercare phase. The project comprised the following works:

• Project development
• Cost management
• Plan development with external consultants
• Selection, pricing and contract formation
• Management during realization

In addition, vb&t managed the procurement and coordination for the interior and the grounds for this project.
