Project Description
The White Point office building (located at Laarderhoogtweg 25 in Amsterdam-ZO) comprises 12,000 m² of office space. In 2007, vb&t completely renovated the entire office. Following this, V&D took up residence in the office as the tenant. After the termination of V&D's lease agreement, Syntrus Achmea prepared the building for re-letting and adapted it as a multi-tenant office building. The floors were renovated in stages, all toilets were upgraded, and a shower room was created. The building is now fully let to multiple users.
