Project Description
The Woonexpress store has been adapted to create a new retail unit for Montel. Existing offices at the front were demolished, including the upper floor, and the facade was fitted with new window frames and painted in line with the previously completed upgrade. The Woonexpress, Montel, and Kwantum stores have also been provided with a new entrance and portal with signage and lighting. In addition to the structural work, the pedestrian boulevard along the facade has also been adjusted, and new flagpoles and lighting poles have been installed.
