Project Description
The World Port Center (WPC) is a 124-metre high tower in Rotterdam designed by the British architect Sir Norman Foster + Partners. The largest user is the Port of Rotterdam Authority. The ground floor up to the 20the deepening and the 26e up to and including the 33e The lower floors have been completely renovated. The intermediate floors (the 20e up to and including the 25the) have been renovated by the current tenants themselves. vb&t provided the construction supervision for this part. As the office tower was largely in use, a phasing plan was agreed with the existing tenants.

VB&T Activities
vb&t Projectmanagement carried out the total cost and project management for this project from the preliminary design phase through to the aftercare phase. The project included, amongst others, the following activities:

- Aftercare
In addition, vb&t has taken care of the procurement and coordination for the furniture, bespoke carpentry, and site furnishings for this project.
