By order of the High Tech Campus Eindhoven vb&t Projectmanagement bv was pleased to contribute to the realisation of the 3ealit Hub 3EALITY HUB. The south facade on the ground floor of HTC-37 is based on the design of concept creator The Dutch Wave an architect Duotone Interior Design and Realisation. It was renovated by SPIE Netherlands, Duotone Interior Design and Realisation, Royal HaskoningDHV en Bazelmans AV to a 3EALITY HUB with event space, flex work spaces, offices, meeting rooms, call boxes and shared facilities. The paludarium forms the eye-catcher of the 3EALITY HUB. Nature has been brought in from outside through the use of “raw materials”. By using felt slats as “birch structure”, similar to the surrounding terrain, a ceiling of felt leaves and the use of natural colour tones. All this gives a warm and soothing feel.
