Over the past few months, vb&t Projectmanagement, on behalf of Bergopwaarts, has managed the first phase of the tender for two infill development plans in Deurne. The plans concern the redevelopment & realisation of almost 100 life-proof homes and apartments in 2 existing neighbourhoods.
The development issue has been divided into two phases. The 1e The phase aimed to give as many (regional) parties as possible the opportunity to showcase their concept homes in line with the principles specified by Bergopwaarts and vb&t. In the 2e In the next phase, which will commence next month, three selected parties will develop their concept homes specifically for the designated locations. In addition to architecture, sustainability is also a key pillar within the redevelopment process.
Through this approach, on the one hand, contractors' knowledge and expertise are optimally leveraged. On the other hand, a large number of parties have been given the opportunity to showcase themselves.
