Project Description

The project consists of the complete renovation of the Kalverpassage shopping centre, located in the heart of Amsterdam: Kalverstaat/ Singel/ Heilige Weg. It concerns the complete renovation of the passage, rebuilding/replacement of various shops and renovation of various shops while the shopping centre remained open. The project was commissioned by Kroonenberg Group in close consultation with the sitting tenants/shops and residents of the flats above the shopping centre.

Factsheet

Part of the project includes the development and realisation of a very special luminous ceiling at both main entrances and the restoration of a monumental gate at the Holy Road entrance. During the project, approximately 30% programme allocations were realised within the original construction period.
