Project Description

The project consists of the new construction of offices and the conditioned hall of Frankort & Koning. The old locations of offices and conditioned warehouses, are too fragmented across the auction grounds of Fresh Park Venlo and do not provide enough space for accurate business operations. The new building comprises a 30,000 m2 conditioned (8 - 18 °C) logistics hall with cold stores (0 - 12 °C), an office wing and loading docks.
