The project involves the construction of 13 family homes which are part of the overall Weverspoort project in Helmond. The entire project encompasses the development of over 250 rental and owner-occupied houses and 165 rental apartments.

VB&T Activities
vb&t Projectmanagement carried out various construction inspections for the client during the realisation of the properties. During these inspections, the work was assessed to determine whether it was being carried out in accordance with agreements and contracts, and whether it was technically sound and proper. A report was drawn up for the client for each construction inspection. In addition, vb&t Projectmanagement organised the handover on behalf of the client.
