Project Description

In October 2016, joint tenants Vapro and VNCI extended the lease agreement for their office space (building C of Castellum). A significant part of the lease agreement was a large-scale renovation of the central installations, the shell, and the interior (to be carried out by the tenants themselves). To minimise disruption as much as possible, it was agreed that the renovations would be carried out simultaneously. To this end, vb&t drafted a cooperation agreement whereby the tenant and landlord jointly carry out the renovation work. On behalf of the tenants, ProfileProject was engaged as an advisory contractor. vb&t supervised and coordinated the work on behalf of the landlord. The project is characterised by its short preparation time and phased execution while the property was occupied.
