Project Description
Siza will realise new housing for the EVB+ target group. These clients are severely mentally handicapped; the “+” stands for behaviour that is difficult to understand. This first EVB+ building for ‘s Koonings Jaght has been developed into a Definitive Design in terms of construction and installation within the framework of the zoning plan and Natura 2000. The building is laid out as best as possible for the client. The finishing touches have been carefully put together to create a safe, homely atmosphere. The start of the realisation phase is planned after the extensive permit procedure has been granted.
