Project Description
The office building The Grid at Euclideslaan 251-253 in Utrecht is being renovated. The renovation involves adapting the façade and window frames to give the building a modern look. The facade on the ground floor will also be adapted to create more transparency. The parking deck will be fully repaired and coated. The sanitary facilities and shared areas will be modernised. The upper floors will be returned to shell and made rental-ready. The design phase was completed by the end of September 2020. The implementation phase started in October 2020.
